All pre-orders are processed and fulfilled directly by Studio Bessangana. When placing a pre-order, you are entering into an agreement with Studio Bessangana as the official seller.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your pre-order is placed, your item is reserved and production begins. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is complete, ensuring you receive it as promptly as possible without compromising quality. You should receive updates from us via email.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your pre-order within 36 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production will have begun to meet our delivery timelines.

4. No Size or Order Modifications

Please check all order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Once a pre-order is placed, we cannot accept size changes, product swaps, or other modifications. If needed, contact us for support with this matter.

5. Returns

6. Handmade & Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

Every pre-ordered piece is made to order, reflecting our dedication to artisanal craftsmanship and individuality. Slight variations may occur in certain items, making each item unique, however this will be described in the designated products.

7. Shipping Timeframe

Pre-orders typically ship within 15–30 working days from the purchase date. Some Pre-orders have set shipping dates that might surpass the previously mentioned timeframe. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.
