At Studio Bessangana, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and exchange guidelines are outlined below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

1) Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

2) Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated via our Return Portal.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

3. Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Last Chance” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This includes all discounted and clearance items.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges upon arrival, which are determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are unpaid, your order may be returned or abandoned. We do not provide refunds for items returned or undelivered due to unpaid customs charges.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

7. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

1) Items must be returned in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging.

2) Earrings and made-to-order pieces remain non-returnable under this policy.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at studiobessangana@gmail.com.
