Crafted from shantung fabric sourced directly from Senegal, the Grand Boubou embodies elegance, comfort, and cultural heritage. Traditionally celebrated across West Africa for its flowing silhouette, this piece is reimagined through a slow-fashion lens: small-batch production, thoughtful design, and timeless wearability.

 

The lightweight shantung drapes beautifully, giving the garment both structure and movement. Designed as one size to adapt to different bodies, the Grand Boubou offers freedom and ease whether worn casually, styled for special occasions, or layered as a statement piece.

 

Each boubou is hand-sewn in Lisbon, ensuring care in every stitch and honoring the craft of garment-making. Only a limited number are produced, making each piece unique.
